A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a crucial step in the process of sending back a product for obtaining a refund, replacement, or repair during the warranty term of the product.

In case your product experiences any difficulties or necessitates repair, we request you forward the item to our Authorized Service Partners at our designated service facility. Generalscan is committed to offering repair services for products either within their warranty period or covered under a service agreement. Kindly be informed that repairs for products beyond their warranty will incur charges. For all repair and RMA activities, please ensure compliance with our specified RMA Procedures.
