The founder and CEO of Generalscan, Dan Li, a technology enthusiast, founded Generalscan after servicing for Motorola 9 years in 1995 as a software engineer, realized that mobile technology such as Android, and iOS devices will bring great change to the world, which was virtually impossible at the time. Generalscan set out on a new mission to provide a wearable mobile solution for the industry to change the rules.Using proven Bluetooth technology, Generalscan launched their first smallest mobile Bluetooth barcode scanner, the M300BT, in 2010.
